Configuration
Automatically Fulfill Orders via Amazon for Synced SKU's - For all synced SKUs, you can decide whether or not to let the app automatically fulfill orders via Amazon’s FBA. Otherwise you will have to manually prompt the app to send orders to FBA on a per-order basis.
Automatically Import Tracking Information from Amazon FBA to Shopify - For each Shopify order sent to Amazon FBA, you can allow the app to automatically import tracking information to Shopify orders. Customers will receive notifications according to your regular Shopify settings.
Sync Amazon Inventory to Shopify Inventory Quantity - You can allow the app to automatically update inventory levels in Shopify for each synced SKU. If not, you will have to manually adjust inventory levels.
Default Shipping Setting - Select one of three Amazon shipping settings: Standard, Expedited, or Priority. Check your FBA account to determine the cost of shipping per SKU for each option. Note: these shipping options should mirror the shipping options you offer for each SKU on Shopify, which can be configured in Shopify.
Display Order Comment: Displays order comments in Amazon FBA.
Display Product Comment: Display order comments in customer's physical receipt.
Invalid SKU(s) found in multi-item order: If some orders contain non-sync SKUs, this menu gives you the option to not automatically fulfill these orders.
App Settings
Automatically Fulfill High Risk of Fraud Orders - Shopify automatically marks some orders as ‘High Risk of Fraud’ if it detects unusual activities. Choose whether or not to allow the app to fulfill these orders automatically. If not, you can review these orders and choose to manually fulfill them.
Re-Import Shopify Orders - WARNING! This will re-import your shopify orders and wipe all previous order data!
Re-Import Shopify Products - This will import products from Shopify again, in case any changes are made.
Re-Import Amazon Products - This will import products from Amazon again, in case any changes are made.
Product Sync
Click Auto-Sync Products to automatically import your Shopify and Amazon Products into our dashboard. Products with matching SKUs will automatically combine into one row.
You will see three different “Product Types: Synced Products - Shopify products that are matched to Amazon products. Amazon Products - Amazon products that are not matched to Shopify products. Shopify Products - Shopify products that are not matched to Amazon products
You can click “Edit” on any product to: Unsync SKU - Unmatch this Shopify product from its matched Amazon product. Sync SKU - Match this Shopify or Amazon product to its corresponding Amazon or Shopify product, respectively
Click Refresh Products to pull new SKUs from Amazon and/or Shopify. These will also be automatically synced to their corresponding Shopify or Amazon products, respectively, if SKUs match.
All Shopify SKUs that you would like to automatically fulfill using FBA should be synced to their corresponding Amazon SKUs. There is no way to fulfill an order for an unsynced product using our app.
Orders
Orders for synced SKUs will automatically populate in this table, whether you have turned ‘Automatically Fulfill Orders via Amazon for Synced SKU's’ in your configurations. You can manually request fulfillment and view fulfilled orders here.
Order number - The Shopify order number.
Contains unsynced products - Indicates whether the order contains products that are not synced to Amazon.
Order date - The data the order was placed on Shopify.
Order value - The total paid by the customer on Shopify. Tracking number(s) - The tracking number or numbers for the order per SKU, as provided by FBA.
Shopify fulfillment status - The order’s fulfillment status on Shopify (this should update soon after the Amazon fulfillment status updates if you have opted in from ‘Configuration’)
Amazon fulfillment status - The order’s fulfillment status on Amazon.
